Significance Of Lakshmi Ji Ki Aarti
Lakshmi sits on the flower lotus, and like the lotus, as the goddess of prosperity. Lakshmi teaches us how to transcend material wealth (moh Maya) to spiritual wealth.
Lotus symbolizes purity, fertility, and beauty. And Lakshmi, on the other hand, who is shown with four arms, represents the four goals of life; Karma, Artha, Dharma, and Moksha.
The requirements for a Lakshmi puja are to put five mango leaves in a kalash, arrange them in a circular manner along the neck of the kalash on a plate.
Stack up a small pile of rice besides the kalash and place the idol in the middle. Drawing a swastika in the middle of the plate is also common and considered auspicious. In many Indian , rangoli is designed along with many Dias.
