Nobita along with Doraemon and three friends take responsibility to send little dinosaur Piisuke to a place he belongs.

They unknowingly transport Piisuke to the North American shore. On realizing their mistake,

They decided to make a trip to shore to send Piisuke to his home in the Late Cretaceous period.

Throughout the journey, Nobita and his friends faced several difficulties including hindrance from dinosaur hunters of the 24th century.

Nobita discovers a small-sized humanoid alien named Papi who was running from the PCIA army of his planet.

He escaped from his home, which is a planet named ‘Pirika’. Doraemon along with Nobita and other friends help Papi to fight the evil PCIA army. 

Nobita discovered a strange pink gas in his house and entered a forest where animals can speak.

Later on, Nobita along with Doraemon discovered that forest is a part of a different planet which can be entered through mysterious pink gas.

They had a fight with a group called Numiges who had an evil plan to conquer the animal planet. 

Nobita asks Doraemon to bring a machine that will bring him dreams as per his wish instead of bad ones.

He then dreams of fighting with three swordsmen along with his friends and Doraemon.

They have to defeat the evil king in his dreams before the king escapes to someone else's dreams.

Doraemon along with his friends travels to the Country of Mayana, who was then captured by an evil witch.

They also take help from a girl named Dakidaki to meet the prince, who looks exactly like Nobita.
 
All of them try to find the Legend of the Sun King. Later on, the king learned important life lessons as he swapped his life with that of Nobita’s. 

Nobita discovers a wind-like creature named Fuuko and goes to search for Fuuko’s real identity and lands at Wind and Storm villages.

 They meet the ancient wizard who possessed Suneo and tried stealing Doraemon’s pocket. All of them saved Fuuko from the wizard.

Doraemon was asked by Nobita to escape into a parallel world with the help of his gadget, what-if-telephone-booth, where his daily life problems are less due to magic.

 In this world, they met a magician named Miyoko to save Earth from a meteor. 

Nobita asks Doraemon to make a better robot toy for him than Suneo’s and accidentally discovers a mysterious robot that falls from the sky.

The robot turns out to be a destructive weapon. Meanwhile, the earth was invaded by a robot army, which was later on defeated by Doraemon and friends.

Doraemon along with Nobita thrives to take back his stolen bell from villain Kaito Deluxe, who is a thief from the 22nd century.

In the quest to find their stolen bell, Nobita and Doraemon visited the Gadget museum in the 22nd century.

The movie was considered one of the best Doraemon’s detective movies after its release. 

Sewashi, a Nobita’s descendant from the 22nd century, along with Doraemon, travels back in time to save Nobita and his family from a disastrous future.

Later, Doraemon realizes that he can’t travel back to the future until Nobita improves himself.

Nobita then works hard to help his loyal cat friend to return safely to his future. Their bond becomes unbreakable throughout the journey.

Nobita discovers twin dinosaurs named Kyu and Myu and starts a journey to take them to their right place with the help of Doraemon’s time machine.

Nobita along with Doraemon and friends shifted all dinosaurs to the "Space Movement Crayon" to save them from a hot air meteorite. 

The young Nobita travels ahead in time with his beloved to meet his grandmother and realizes that Future Nobita has escaped his own marriage.

Nobita and Doraemon set out to put everything in order. They fulfilled Nobita’s grandmother's wish and returned to the present.
 
The movie is based on the themes of childhood, love, and friendship.
