    a. 14 Digit Enrollment number. You can find the enrollment number from your EID easily. (The EID, which is 28 digits, contains a 14 digit enrollment number (1234/12345/12345) and another 14 digit date and time of enrollment in format (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss).

    b. Enrollment acknowledgment slip date and time
